REGISTRATION


How do I register my profile on the website?

Registration can be found in the additional menu, which can be accessed by clicking on the three-bar icon in the upper right corner of the welcome page.


I didn’t receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check all your folders, including spam and promotions, and use the search function with the keyword “Avatarium.”


I entered my email and password, but the system says this account is not registered. What does this mean?

Carefully check the data you have entered; you may have made a mistake when typing your email. We also recommend verifying which website you registered on – avatarium.life or avatariumlife.com.


Why are there two versions of the website, and which one should I register on?

There are two versions of this website – the original https://avatarium.life and the international version https://avatariumlife.com have the same content and functionality. We created the international version for users from other countries to ensure more stable access and to allow the purchase of subscriptions and products directly through the site. The international version is currently available in two languages.


I’m already registered on Avatarium.life, but I wish to switch to avatariumlife.com. Could you transfer my data to the international site?

To use the international version of the site, you need to register again. We cannot transfer your account.


Can I use the calculator on the website without registering?

You can select the “Calculator” section and perform a matrix calculation without registration. However, to access partial or full energy interpretations, you need to register and choose a subscription plan.


SUBSCRIPTIONS


What is a Full Subscription?

This subscription plan allows you to use all the features of the Avatarium service to explore your matrix. It includes access to a full interpretation of your energies by zones, analytics, an interactive journal, and notes. Information can be downloaded in a convenient format.


How many matrices can I view with the Full Subscription?

With the “Full Subscription,” you have access to the full interpretations of one of your matrices. As a bonus, we will add one additional matrix for another person and one compatibility matrix to your profile upon purchase.


The website states that the subscription applies to additional matrices, why can’t I add them?

The “Full Subscription” applies to additional profiles that you have purchased on the site. Information in the additional profile is fully accessible while the subscription is active. After it expires, the information in your profile and all other additional profiles will revert to the “Basic” plan.


How long is the Full Subscription active for?

The subscription is activated for 3 months from the date of purchase. The subscription renews automatically.


The Full Subscription is activated, but access to the descriptions of my energies is limited. Why?

Check the section you are accessing; you need to go to the Avatar section of your profile for full access. In the free Calculator section, you only have access to a limited demo version of the matrix.


What other subscription plans are available on the website?

There are three main subscription plans on the website: Basic, Full Subscription, and Unlimited. You can view their descriptions and what they include in the “Subscriptions” section: https://avatariumlife.com/rates/


I need a plan where I can add many matrices besides my own. Is there such a plan?

We recommend considering the “Unlimited” plan. This plan is activated for 3 months and applies to an unlimited number of additional profiles.


I purchased the Unlimited plan, but I only see my matrix. How can I add others?

In the profile menu, select the Avatar tab, then go to the “Other People” section. Each matrix is added separately by entering one date of birth. If you don’t need to send an invitation and link to the person, select “add without invitation” in the pop-up window.



AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION


How do I renew my subscription?

You can renew your subscription through your personal account in the “Subscription” section by clicking the “Pay” button under your subscription plan description. Also, before the Full Subscription expires, you will receive an email with a renewal link.


How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your current subscription through your personal account in the “Subscriptions” section by clicking the “Cancel” button under your subscription plan description.


Does the subscription renew automatically?

If you previously purchased a product through the site and provided your payment details, the subscription on the international site will renew automatically. Before that, you have the option to cancel the subscription yourself after receiving a reminder email.


How do I add another person’s profile?

Log in to the site, go to the profile menu, and select the Avatar tab, then go to the “Other People” section and add the data. If you don’t need to send an invitation and link to the person, select “add without invitation” in the pop-up window.



PRODUCTS


I want to purchase an additional profile for another person. How can I do this?

Log in to your profile, go to the “Profile” section, then select “Products” and “+1 Profile with Matrix.” Follow the payment instructions.


I paid for an additional profile, but not all sections are accessible. What could be the issue?

The additional profile for another person’s matrix is unlocked according to your Full Subscription. If your subscription is Basic, the additional profile will also have limited interpretations.


How long is the additional profile active?

When purchased, the additional profile remains in your account permanently, but the information displayed will depend on whether your Full Subscription is active – fully if active, or basic if not.


I want to purchase a Compatibility Matrix. How can I do this?

Log in to your profile, go to the “Cabinet” section, then select “Products” and “+1 Compatibility Matrix.” Follow the payment instructions. The compatibility matrix is fully accessible only with an active Full Subscription.
