What are the types in Human Design and how do they differ?

Human Design has four types—Generator, Projector, Manifestor, and Reflector—each with its own strategy for action and role.

✔ Avatarium breakdown
Human Design identifies four energetic types, and this is the foundation of the system. Generators (including Manifesting Generators) are the most common type (about 70%). They are the 'engines' with powerful life force energy, designed to do what feels satisfying and responsive. Projectors (about 20%) are about wisdom and guidance; they see others clearly and are meant to lead and advise, not grind away nonstop. Manifestors (about 9%) are initiators, the ones who start things and set processes in motion. Reflectors (about 1%) are rare, mirrors of the community, extremely sensitive to their environment.

Each type has its own 'strategy'—a correct way to act. Understanding your type helps you avoid living someone else's life and burning out in a rhythm that isn't yours.

Honest framing: this is a model for self-reflection, not a prediction or a science. If you want to discover your type, build your chart in the Human Design section.
