What is a Reflector in Human Design?

The Reflector is the rarest type in Human Design (about 1%). Reflectors have all energy centers undefined (open), so they act as mirrors, reflecting the state of the people and environment around them. They are remarkably sensitive and can accurately sense the “health” of a community, a place, or a company. The Reflector’s strategy is not to rush important decisions but to let them “settle” over roughly a lunar cycle (about 28 days), listening to how their feeling shifts. The right environment and surroundings are critically important for them. A sign of the correct path is pleasant surprise; a sign of the wrong path is disappointment.
