Reading reversals still confuses me after two years

Does anyone else just flip reversed cards upright in their head and read the core meaning anyway? I keep going back and forth on whether I'm losing nuance or just keeping it simple.

Honestly, I just treat reversals as a nudge to look at the blocked or internalized side of the card, and some days that still feels like guesswork — do you find it easier to skip them entirely or just trust your first impression?

I skip them when I’m tired, but when one shows up reversed I just ask myself “what’s not flowing here?” and go with the first thing that pops up — it’s usually right enough for the moment.

Two years in, I honestly just read every reversal as “this energy is blocked, internalized, or needs extra attention” and let the surrounding cards fill in the rest.
