Do you read reversals or keep the deck upright-only?

I’ve been going back and forth on whether reversed cards add depth or just clutter the reading. Lately I’ve tried reading everything upright and relying more on card position and surrounding imagery, but I miss that little jolt a reversal gives. How do you all handle it?
