Feeling like a stranger in my own spiritual practice lately

Has anyone else gone through a phase where the rituals and beliefs that used to feel so alive suddenly feel like empty shells? I'm not sure if it's a sign to let go or an invitation to go deeper.

That hollow feeling might actually be a sign your practice is working—sometimes the old container has to feel foreign before a new one can form.
