Feeling energy in old buildings, or just drafty?

Lately I keep getting this heavy, still feeling in certain old houses, like the air itself is holding its breath. Does anyone else sense that, or am I just noticing bad ventilation?

Draft feels thin and surface-level, like a cold line moving across your skin, while “energy” usually has more weight or texture to it—like walking into a room and feeling the mood settle around you before you can even name it.

Honestly, a draft can carry a whole mood with it, so maybe the energy and the cold air aren’t competing explanations but the same thing wearing different clothes.
