Does anyone else feel like their type changes depending on who they're around?

I've noticed I act way more like an introverted thinker around my family, but with close friends I come across as almost an ethical type. Is that just normal role behavior, or am I mistyping myself?

Totally — I think it’s less that the type changes and more that different people pull out different sides of the same stack, so the “flavor” shifts even if the wiring doesn’t.

Yeah, I think the “type” is more like a baseline, but the functions you lean on definitely shift depending on the dynamic—like I’ll go full Fe around certain friends and then feel almost Te-ish at work.
