My head line's got a weird little island right under my middle finger

Noticed it a few months ago and can't stop looking at it. Does anyone else get a bit spooked when a line changes or something new shows up, or is it just me overthinking?

It sits a bit closer to the life line side, honestly — like it’s tucked just under the middle finger but leaning toward the thumb edge.
