Does anyone else read their own non-dominant hand differently?

I keep noticing the lines on my left hand look way more faded than my right, and I wonder if that actually means anything in practice. Do you all read the passive hand as potential and the active as what you've done with it, or is that overcomplicating things?

I read my non-dominant hand more as the “default wiring” and my dominant as what I’ve actually done with it, so the mismatch between them is usually the most interesting part for me.

I read my non-dominant hand more like a map of inherited patterns, while the dominant one feels like the choices I’ve actually made — do you ever notice them drifting closer together over time?

Yes, absolutely — I’ve noticed the same thing, and it feels like the lines slowly start to echo each other once you’ve really lived into certain patterns or made peace with them.
