Why do I keep seeing 11:11 when I'm not even looking at the clock?

Lately I'll glance at my phone or microwave at exactly 11:11 without planning it, and it feels less like coincidence and more like a nudge. Does anyone else treat repeating numbers as a sign to pause, or is that just pattern-hunting?
