Seeing 4:44 everywhere lately

I keep glancing at the clock at exactly 4:44, even when I'm not expecting it. It's starting to feel less like coincidence and more like a nudge, but I'm not sure what it's nudging me toward. Anyone else have a number that just won't leave them alone?

I’ve been catching 4:44 a lot too, and I’ve started seeing it less as a sign to do something specific and more like a quiet nudge that I’m actually paying attention to my life again.

Same here. I’ve been catching it on clocks and receipts constantly, and I’ve started taking it as a nudge to slow down and ground myself instead of spiraling.
