I keep catching 11:11 or 1:11 on the clock when I'm overthinking something, almost like a little nudge to slow down. Not sure if it's just pattern-seeking, but it feels oddly timed.

Yeah, I catch it way more when I’m stressed or overthinking — almost like my brain is finally quiet enough to notice patterns it usually filters out.
