Does the moon mess with your sleep too?

I've noticed I always seem to sleep terribly and have the most vivid dreams right around the full moon, even when I don't know it's full until I check later. Does anyone else just feel a bit more wired and restless during that phase?

Absolutely. I always know without checking the calendar when it’s a full moon because I’ll be wide awake at 3 a.m. for no reason.

Absolutely. I always sleep lighter and have the wildest dreams during the full moon, even if I don't know what phase it's in until the next morning.
