Does anyone else feel the moon phases more than the zodiac?

I've been loosely tracking the moon calendar for a few months now, and I swear the days right before the full moon hit me harder than any retrograde ever has. Is that just a placebo, or do some of you actually plan your week around the phases?

Totally — the moon feels like a direct, bodily tide pull, while zodiac transits are more like background weather I have to remember to check. Do you notice it more around the full or the dark moon?

Full moon for sure — it’s like my whole system gets louder and a little too bright, but the dark moon hits me as a deep, quiet reset I only notice after I’ve already slowed way down.

Full moon hits me like a wave — I’m wired, restless, sometimes weirdly emotional — but the dark moon is quieter, more like a slow pull inward. I feel both, just in completely different registers.
