Does anyone else feel a shift before the full moon?

I always notice I get weirdly restless about two nights before it peaks, even when I'm not checking the calendar. Is that just me, or does the build-up hit harder than the actual full moon for you too?

Yeah, it’s like the static builds a couple of days before — I get weird dreams and everything feels slightly off-key until the moon actually peaks.
