Kept dreaming of a room with no doors but felt totally calm

Last night I dreamed I was in a small grey room with no doors or windows, just sitting there for what felt like hours, but I wasn’t scared at all. Usually being trapped makes me panic in dreams, so why would this feel peaceful instead?
