Does the Destiny Matrix chart change over time or is it fixed at birth?

I keep going back and forth on whether the numbers in my chart are meant to be read as a static blueprint or as something that shifts with major life phases. Some days it feels like a mirror, other days like a map I've already outgrown. How do you all work with it when the energy feels off?
