Does anyone else feel like compatibility is less about shared hobbies and more about how you each handle being annoyed?

I used to think we needed a ton in common, but now I wonder if the real test is what happens when one of you is tired, hungry, or mildly irritated. Like, if you can be annoyed in the same room without making it the other person's problem, that feels rare. Curious if anyone else sees it that way.
