Does anyone else get a weird feeling around groups of kids?

Sometimes when I see a big group of children playing the same game in perfect sync, I get this strange sense that they're all tuned into something I can't hear. Does that happen to anyone else, or am I just overthinking playground energy?

Yeah, always like the group has a single shared field that’s louder than the sum of its parts. I usually notice it most right before they all go quiet at once.

Yeah, it’s like their collective energy has a frequency that doesn’t match adult reality. I always feel like an observer from outside their whole little hive mind.
