Does anyone else feel the 'child matrix' in waiting rooms?

I was in a pediatrician's office yesterday and the air felt thick with this unspoken collective anxiety, like all the parents were silently syncing up into a single worried organism. It made me wonder if that shared emotional field is what people mean by the child matrix, or if I'm just picking up on generic parental stress.
