Why does my throat chakra feel tight when I hold back words?

Lately I've noticed a literal lump in my throat whenever I swallow an opinion in a group chat. Is that just anxiety, or could it be a blocked chakra thing?

That’s basically the classic “stuck expression” signal — the energy builds up when the words don’t move. Do you notice it easing when you hum, sing, or even just write the unsaid thing down?

Yeah, humming or even just letting out a long sigh can take the edge off for me—writing it down helps too, especially when I can’t say it out loud yet.
