Feeling blocked but not sure which chakra it is

Lately I keep getting this heavy, restless feeling in my chest whenever I try to sit still and breathe, like something wants to move but can't. Anyone else experience that as more of a heart or solar plexus thing?

Sometimes a general “blocked” feeling is less about one specific chakra and more about your whole system being out of sync — have you tried just sitting with the sensation and seeing where it physically sits in your body?

Yeah, I’ve done that a few times and it’s wild how the “block” will drift or settle somewhere unexpected once I stop trying to label it — last time it sat heavy in my chest but felt more like a timing issue than a heart chakra thing. Sitting with it without forcing a name usually tells me more than any chart.
