Can a blocked root chakra feel like constant restlessness?

Lately I can’t sit still, like I’m always waiting for something to go wrong. I tried grounding meditation and it helped for a few hours, then the unease came back. Anyone else get this when their root feels off?

Yeah, for sure—sometimes that stuck survival energy doesn’t feel heavy, it feels like you can’t land anywhere or fully exhale. Have you tried grounding stuff like slow walking or just sitting on the floor for a bit?
