Ugh, yes. For me it's less about loneliness and more about the *unwanted* advice I suddenly get from everyone when I'm just trying to figure things out on my own.

Honestly, I find it shows up more as that feeling of being constantly "on" and available, like your phone is a leash you can't take off.
